Premier Health Care is a residential facility that provides housing and support services to individuals who have been diagnosed with mental illness, substance abuse or addiction, and have completed mandated hospital treatment or incarceration. In addition, residents must have been assessed as non-threatening to themselves or the community. Premier Health Care also provides support, counseling, screening, and access to services for individuals with co-occurring substance abuse or addiction disorders. The primary objective is to assist residents in achieving their treatment goals while residing in a safe environment that enables them to acquire life skills and receive monitoring.

Our program goals include guiding residents towards independence and personal responsibility, teaching social skills such as personal hygiene and money management, and providing a safe and clean living environment, food preparation facilities, and access to treatment services. We also offer assistance in self-administration of medication and an opportunity for residents to live and function in a community environment while following their specific court-ordered terms, if any.
